Account Manager - Managed IT Services

We are seeking an experienced IT Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring the sale and delivery of top-quality Managed IT Services.

Experience working in an MSP/MSSP company and knowledge of Microsoft Azure/AVS/SharePoint/Teams/365 technologies for mid-level commercial clients is preferred. 

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, discover IT needs, and present new or additional products and services to meet their IT needs. 

Take the lead in developing the opportunity and following through to close of sale and after sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

Prepare proposals, SOW's and coordinate with the technical and purchasing areas. 

Approach clients through in-person meetings, cold-calling, email, etc. to meet sales targets.  

Prepare reports on sales activity, accounts status and any possible issues.

Develop partner relationships via networking, events, industry partnerships, and prospecting current clients and partners for potential leads.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success working in sales, business development, customer service, account management, networking with existing customers and partners. 

Excellent communication skills and professional appearance. Ability to interact with and present to CEO’s, business owners, and IT professionals. 

Candidate should be able to maintain long term relationships, develop trust with clients, and gain a thorough knowledge of their business and infrastructure to recommend products and solutions to provide for their IT needs. 

Use of CRM to track all relevant opportunities and execute sales activities - knowledge of ConnectWise and HubSpot preferred.

Prior experience and technical knowledge in the IT field preferred, along with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and become fully versed in the services Sequentur offers.
